WPCampus 2023 will take place July 12-14, 2023, in New Orleans, Louisiana (United States), on the beautiful campus of Tulane University.

In-person workshops (July 12)

Workshops take place on the afternoon of Wednesday, July 12, and are not included as part of your General Admission ticket. However, a General Admission (in-person) ticket is required to attend a workshop.

The cost of a workshop ticket is an additional $50 per person.

There will be three workshops that will take place at the same time; therefore, each attendee can only attend one workshop.

The workshop fee helps us with facility costs and to provide refreshments/a snack break.

• Workshop ticket: $50 per person
  • Open through June 30, 2023
  • A General Admission ticket is required to attend a workshop.

Note: You can also purchase a workshop ticket with registration.

Event Safety and Responsibility

We are committed to providing a safer environment for conference attendees, especially with regard to community and public health, and have implemented Event Safety and Responsibility policies for the 2023 conference at Tulane University in New Orleans.

Refund policy

Tickets for WPCampus 2023 General Admission and Workshops can be fully refunded until the end of the day on June 14, 2023 (one month before the event).

After June 14, refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
